Abstract

Developing high school managers in the current trend of educational innovation is significant in boosting school development responding to the required innovation. The article presents criteria for developing this managerial staff in terms of quantity, structure, especially quality in accordance with high school principal standards of qualities and competencies via  planning, selecting, appointing, fostering, improving working environment, creating recruitment motivations as well as inspecting and evaluating.
