Abstract

Management of educational socialization plays an important role in improving the effectiveness of educational socialization activities. A questionnaire-survey was used among 216 subjects who are managers, teachers and forces participating in educational socialization outside the schools. The survey results are reported about the current management of socialization activities at primary schools in Cai Lay town, Tien Giang province. This work is regularly carried out with quite good efficiency. Attention should be paid to improving the management, inspection, and evaluation of educational socialization activities, as these areas received the lowest ratings. From this, the article proposes 6 methods to improve the effectiveness of managing socialization activities of local primary schools.
