Business culture impacts on staff commitment at Soc Trang Seafood Joint Stock Company

Abstract
The research investigates how business culture factors affect staff commitment at the Soc Trang Seafood Joint Stock Company, by intervewing its 282 employees. Cronbach’s Alpha analysis, EFA analysis and multiple regression analysis were used with the SPSS program. The result shows that factor impacts on the staff commitment positively decrease with the importance of related factors, which include: Teamwork, Reward and Record, Information exchange, Training and Development. The research also suggests some solutions to the corporate management to enhance the staff commitment.
