Quy trình xây dựng atlas giải phẩu Ếch đồng Hoplobatrachus rugulosus (Weigmann, 1834) bằng phần mềm Adobe Illustrator CS6

Abstract

This paper provides the procedure to designing the anatomy atlas of male and female Hoplobatrachus rugulosus with images of frog organs in their positions and anatomies. The specimens are anesthetized, anatomized and photographed, for drawing and annotating by the Adobe Illustrator CS6 software. The most important stage in designing the atlas is making shadows and tint of photos coincide with those of real objects. Compared to the previous documents, this atlas displays frog organs clear in color. This is a precious document to make instructions effective and flexible. In addition, it has a photo set of other vertebrate species from fish to mammal.
