Measuring student satisfaction of the quality of Dong Thap University library's services

Abstract

This study was conducted to measure student satisfaction of the service quality of Dong Thap University library. Using Exploratory Factor Analysis method (EFA), the study has identified four factors to measure student satisfaction level, namely facilities, staff capacity, responsiveness and library reliability. Combined with descriptive statistics, the study has relatively clearly showed the student satisfaction of the library services. Specifically, the services have met 80% of student satisfaction. However, there is room for improvement; thereby contributing to the University’s training quality.
