Abstract

One of the decisive factors for education success is educational administrators team. They play a decisive role in the quality and educational effectiveness of each school and each educational institution. It is essential to building and developing a team of primary school management staff with sufficient qualities, capacity, professional qualifications and skills, their ability to solve practical problems for comprehensive education quality, meeting the requirements of primary education - the foundation level in the national education system and innovation requirements in the industrial era Modernization and modernization. Therefore, the author researched the current development of management staff in primary schools in Hoa Binh district, Bac Lieu province, as a basis to help schools come up with measures for improvement.
