The current status of management staff development at public kindergartens in Vi Thanh city, Hau Giang province

Abstract
The article studies and evaluates the current status of management staff development at public kindergartens in Vi Thanh City, Hau Giang Province. A questionnaire survey was done among school management staff and teachers of 10 public kindergartens in Vi Thanh City, Hau Giang Province. The data on a 4-level scale was processed quantitatively. The survey results show that although the management staff development at public preschools in this area has recently received attention from educational management agencies and schools and the quality of the staff has shown progress, there are still limitations and shortcomings for improvement. This is a practical basis for proposing measures to develop the management staff of public preschools in Vi Thanh City, Hau Giang Province to meet the requirements of quantity, structure, professional capacity and quality, in order to ensure the effectiveness of educational management and improve the quality of child education in the coming time.
