Abstract

Over the past years, Phu Quoc island district's high school teachers have continuously developed in accordance with the requirements of comprehensive, fundamental education reform. However, in practice, this work is still limited. With a sense of responsibility for local education and training, we conducted the present research, investigating the current situation and proposing some measures to develop those teachers to meet professional standards in Phu Quoc island district, Kien Giang province.
