Activities of academic advisors in Southern educational institutions and recommendations for evaluation criteria

Abstract
Academic advisors are those dedicated to assisting students during their studies in higher educational institutions and, till now, there are several different ways to understand their title. Along with that, student-supporting level by this team varies considerably. This research utilized observing, analyzing activity products, and in-depth interviews with academic advisors, managers, students in higher educational institutions in the Southern region to investigate and propose personality model and set of criteria as the basis for evaluating and developing measures for academic advisors.
