Thực trạng quản lý hoạt động dạy học theo định hướng phát triển năng lực cho học sinh các trường tiểu học ở quận Bình Tân, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

Abstract

Primary education is a foundational level establishing the initial basis for individual development. High-quality primary education is a prerequisite for the holistic development. The Ministry of Education and Training (2018) has clearly stated that 'The general education program aims to form and develop essential qualities, general competencies, and core competencies for students.' This requires teaching activities to develop students' competencies, allowing them to experience and apply knowledge to real-life situations. As such, for educators to propose measures to improve the effectiveness of managing competence-based teaching activities for primary school students in Bình Tân District, Ho Chi Minh City, we surveyed 41 management staff and 105 teachers from 11 primary schools in this area. The results show that the concerned task in the involved area still has many shortcomings for improvement.
