Abstract

Preschool administrators play a key role in organizing, operating, implementing programs, innovating teaching methods, and caring for children. Thus, developing a team of preschool administrators is an urgent requirement, which will directly help improve the quality of education. This research focuses on studying the current situation by surveying 208 managers and teachers of preschools in Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City. The research results show that the development of management staff in preschools in this district still has many limitations. These result will thereby help managers at all levels have a basis to propose necessary and feasible measures to building a strong management staff team, meeting the requirements of educational innovation.
