The current situation of faculty development at Binh Phuoc College in the context of educational reform

Abstract
The development of the teaching staff plays a crucial role in enhancing training quality and meeting the requirements of the current comprehensive and fundamental educational reform. This study surveyed 71 administrators and lecturers at Binh Phuoc College to assess the current status of faculty development in the current context. The research employed a sociological survey method using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, with data analyzed through descriptive statistical parameters such as mean score, standard deviation, and ranking. The findings reveal both strengths and limitations, as well as factors influencing faculty development. Thereby, it provides essential empirical evidence for proposing appropriate management measures to improve the competency and quality of the college’s teaching staff.
