Solutions to enhancing capacity of high school english teaching staff in Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province

Abstract
English is an important, popular foreign language in high schools. For years, the teaching and learning English in high schools in Ba Ria - Vung Tau has many innovations, and somehow improved education quality; but there are still shortcomings, especially the fact that English teachers failed to meet current instructional requirements. Thus, the article investigates high school English teachers’ capacity in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province; thereby offers some solutions to improve the current situation, corresponding to school education renovation.
