Abstract

This article aims to present views of development management, functions of managing the development of high school teaching staff and to determine management entities involved. The author also identified contents of the related management on the basis of standardization via training and retraining; recruiting, utilizing and evaluating; implementing priority policies; ensuring the quantity, quality, structure and consensus.
