Abstract

Renovating teaching not only helps students absorb knowledge but also equips them with the necessary skills and attitudes for sustainable development in the future. This study conducted a sociological survey combined with interviews with 110 management staff and teachers from primary schools in Can Duoc District, Long An Province. The results were analyzed and evaluated on the current teaching management in primary schools in this area. Then, the study identified the strengths, limitations, opportunities, and challenges of these current practices. Based on these findings, several management measures are proposed for the effectiveness of teaching method innovation in this area. This research has practical significance in supporting primary schools to improve teaching and learning quality, contributing to the development of students' competencies to meet the current educational innovation requirements.
