Thực trạng quản lý hoạt động giáo dục kỹ năng xã hội cho trẻ ở các trường mầm non huyện Vị Thuỷ, tỉnh Hậu Giang

Abstract

The article has surveyed and clarified the current state of managing social skills education for children in kindergartens in Vi Thuy District, Hau Giang Province. The survey involved 125 subjects (25 management officials and 100 teachers), including interviews with 6 management officials, from 7 kindergartens in Vi Thuy District, Hau Giang Province. The survey results were processed using a 5-point scale to calculate average scores, standard deviations, and rankings to analyze and evaluate the current situation. The research findings show that, along with the achievements, limitations appear in planning, organizing, directing, inspecting, and evaluating social skills education activities for children. This situation serves as the basis for proposing management measures for improvement on relevant issues in Vi Thuy District, Hau Giang Province.
