Abstract
The article discusses objectives, meanings, and activities of linking teaching-staffs; thereby, it proposes a number of orientations to build a linking network among the teaching staff of universities, colleges in the Mekong Delta, as such to meet the requirements of radical, comprehensive innovation in the current education.
