Current experience activities management at primary schools in Vinh Loi district, Bac Lieu province

Abstract
Experiential activities are educationally designed and guided by educators, creating opportunities for students to access reality, experience positive emotions, exploit previous experiences, and mobilize synthesized knowledge and skills from subjects to perform assigned tasks or solve practical problems of school, family, and social life appropriate to age. This is the process of transforming past experiences into new knowledge, new understanding, and new skills towards promoting creative potential and the ability to adapt to life, environment and future career, contributing the formation and development of key qualities, general abilities and specific abilities for students. Activity content is built based on individual student relationships among themselves, with society, nature, and their professions. At the elementary level, the content of experiential activities focuses on self-discovery, self-training, and relationship development activities with friends, teachers, and family members. Social activities and learning about some careers close to students are also organized with age-appropriate content and format. (Ministry of Education and Training, 2018). However, currently primary schools in general and primary schools in Vinh Loi district, Bac Lieu province in particular still do not pay enough attention to this issue. Therefore, to achieve educational goals, the role of managing experiential activities in elementary schools needs to be taken seriously. The article evaluates the results of the current experiential activity management through a survey of 90 subjects from 10 primary schools in Vinh Loi district, Bac Lieu province. The statistical survey results reveal inadequacies in this concern.
