The current situation of managing staff development in accordance with preschool principal standards in Tan An Ward, Can Tho City

Abstract
This article reported the current situation of management staff development in preschools in Tan An Ward, Can Tho City. A questionnaire-based survey was used with descriptive statistical analysis to clarify the current status of key aspects of management staff development across the following areas: professional qualities, school administration capacity, development of the educational environment, and strengthening the relationship between school, family, and society. The results indicate that preschool management staff in the area generally meet the requirements of the Principal Standards. However, certain limitations remain, particularly in modern management capacity, the application of information technology, and coordination with other educational forces. Thereby, the study provides scientific evidence to support the proposal of solutions for developing preschool management staff under the Principal Standards to meet the demands of current educational reforms.
