Enhancing the quality of subject leaders at high schools in Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province

Abstract
The reality of education-training renovation is placing more and more requirements on subject leaders, who need to increasingly enhance their political characters, morals; managerial ability; professional competence, techniques, and other competences. This article analyzes requirements on vital characters, competences and reality of subject leaders at high schools in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province; thereby proposes solutions to improve those leaders’ quality, serving the educational development in the province and the whole country.
