The current circumstances and essientials for high school managers

Abstract
The fact that wide and deep global integration has resulted in profound changes in Vietnam’s education and training. Education branch has much changed to meet those new circumstances, requirements and challenges of the new society’s development. Therefore, educational managers’ roles today are not only as leaders, but also managers, educators, psychologists, politicians, economists, counselors, learners, etc. This article presents the current circumstances and essentials for high school managers.
