Current status of internal inspection management athigh schools in Tam Nong district, Dong Thap province

Abstract
This study focuses on surveying and evaluating the current state of internal inspection management in high schools in Tam Nong district, Dong Thap province. Specifically, the research surveyed 100 school administrators and teachers, employing questionnaires, direct interviews, and observations of management documents. The objective is to analyze the perceptions of administrators and teachers regarding the role, responsibilities, and implementation methods of internal inspections, as well as identifying factors affecting this management task. The research results indicate that internal inspections in this area have contributed to improving educational quality. However, several limitations exist such as inconsistency in organizational implementation, a lack of diversity in inspection methods, and underperformance in management roles. Accordingly, the author proposes several measures for improvement in the context of educational reform. The research results can serve as a basis for similar policies applied to other high schools in Dong Thap province.
