Measures to manage moral education activities for students of high schools in Tam Nong district, Dong Thap province

Abstract
Moral education plays a core role in shaping the comprehensive personality of high school students, contributing to improving the quality of education and building a sustainable society. The article presents the results of examining the current status of moral education management in high schools in Tam Nong district, Dong Thap province. It focuses on the aspects of content, form, implementation methods; coordination between educational forces; and supporting facilities. The survey results show many limitations, including: Inadequate content and form of moral education; Lack of diversity in educational methods; Lack of strict management; Limited facilities and resources.
From there, the article proposes measures to manage moral education by: Thoroughly grasping the goals of moral education: Organizing learning and raising awareness of moral education goals for managers and teachers; Innovation in management content: Developing detailed plans, suitable for local characteristics, focusing on moral education content; Innovation in educational methods and forms: Using creative and diverse forms and methods of moral education; Strengthening educational means management: Investing in and effectively using facilities and means to support moral education; Coordinating educational forces; Building an effective coordination mechanism between schools, families and society; Innovation in inspection and evaluation: Establishing a scientific and comprehensive monitoring and evaluation process on the effectiveness of moral education activities. These measures aim to improve the quality of moral education management, contributing to the comprehensive personality development of students by successfully implementing the goal of comprehensive educational innovation in the locality.
