Thực trạng quản lý hoạt động trải nghiệm, hướng nghiệp cho học sinh các trường trung học phổ thông huyện Cái Bè, tỉnh Tiền Giang

Abstract

Experiential activities and career orientation work would achieve high education results only when they are effectively managed. Consequently, this study aims to conduct a survey and evaluate the current situation of managing experiential activities and career orientation work designated for senior high school students in Cai Be district, Tien Giang province. The research data was collected from 15 management staff and 90 teachers by using observation, surveys, interviews, and evalutation on activity-related records and products. The survey data was processed on a 5-point scale to calculate the average score, standard deviation, and ranking. The research contents focus on the activities and work of planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the above-mentioned activities and work. The research results show that most of the activities are rated as fairly good despite a number of others being rated at an average level. The research results serve as an important practical background for proposing effective measures to manage experiential activities and career orientation work in senior high schools in Cai Be district, Tien Giang province.
