Current situation of managing student assessmemt activities in primary schools in Truong Mit Commune, Tay Ninh Province

Abstract
This article presents the findings on the current situation of managing student assessment activities based on competency and quality development in primary schools. The research employs survey questionnaires combined with interviews to collect data from administrators and teachers. The data are processed using descriptive statistical methods, along with both quantitative and qualitative analyses to clarify the research findings. The results indicate that student assessment activities have been implemented relatively comprehensively under the required regulations; however, certain limitations remain in organization, professional direction, and inspection and supervision. Accordingly, the study suggests several orientations to improve the effectiveness of student assessment activities, thereby contributing to enhancing the quality of education in schools.
