Abstract

This study aims to assess the current situation and propose management measures for information technology application in teaching activities at primary schools in Long Hoa Ward, Tay Ninh Province. The study employed methods such as questionnaire surveys, interviews, observations, and document analysis with administrators and primary school teachers in the research area. The findings indicate that information technology application in teaching activities and the management of these activities were evaluated at a fairly good level. Teachers have initially used electronic lesson plans, digital learning materials, and technological tools in teaching activities. Management activities were implemented through planning, organization, direction, inspection and evaluation, and management of supporting conditions. However, the application of information technology in assessment activities, experiential learning activities, and the use of digital platforms still remains limited; facilities, digital learning resources, and teachers’ information technology competencies are not yet uniform. Based on the findings, the study proposes several management measures to improve the effectiveness of information technology application in teaching activities at primary schools in Long Hoa Ward.
