Abstract

The professional team is an indispensable part of the school carrying out educational tasks in general and professional tasks in particular to achieve the school's educational goals and development strategy as well. For a more comprehensive view of specialized group activities, currently managing their activities of plaaning, executing, and inspecting in middle schools, this article evaluates these relevant issues at secondary schools in Thap Muoi district, Dong Thap province. Thereby, it helps school leaders have feasible measures for improvement in this regard by implementing educational strategies to meet quality requirements according to the 2018 General Education Program.
