Abstract

Information technology plays an important role in various aspects of life. The application of information technology in education is a trend. In particular, activities and the management of information technology applications in teaching at schools is one of the focuses aimed at improving the quality and effectiveness of education. Through the surveys using questionnaires and interviews, we study the current state of managing the application of information technology in teaching the subject of Natural and Social Sciences in primary schools in Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City. Research results will serve as a foundation for schools to propose measures for improvements on the concerned task in this area as well as in primary schools in general, with the goal of improving the teaching quality of the subject.
