Current development of primary school management staffs in Phung Hiep district, Hau Giang province

Abstract
In the context of fundamental and comprehensive reform of education, current education has set very high requirements on the criteria of education administrators, requiring the education system in general and primary education in particular to have a change in training, fostering and providing the education sector with competent, dynamic and creative managers for educational innovation. Therefore, to this end, it is necessary to pay attention to the development of teachers and administrators. This paper presents the current development of managers in primary schools in Phung Hiep district, Hau Giang province. Surveying 123 managersand teachers, the results showed the current situation of the development of management staff in this area. There are still many inadequacies for improvement.
