Abstract

This article evaluates the current situation of managing the socialization of preschools education in Binh Tan district, Ho Chi Minh city. Based on theoretical foundations and previous studies, this study clarifies the legal framework, roles, and achievements while identifying the limitations and shortcomings in managing educational socialization in preschools. Main methods involved document analysis, information synthesis and comparison with practice. The findings reveal that educational socialization plays an important role in mobilizing social resources, improving facilities, and enhancing childcare and education quality; however, resource mobilization remains uneven, and coordination mechanisms are not sufficiently effective. This study provides a scientific basis to propose appropriate management solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of socialized education activities in preschools.
