Managing fine motor skills education for preschool children in Binh Chanh District Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract
This article investigates the current situation of managing the fine motor skills education for preschool children in Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. The research methods included observation, investigation, and interviews. It involved 33 school managers and 139 teachers. The questionnaire was designed, using the five-point Likert scale with an interval of 0.8 for measuring the average scores, standard deviation and ranking. The results indicate that the management of fine motor skills education activities for children in the researched schools has been implemented in a relatively synchronized manner, achieving a fairly high level in education planning, organizaion, direction, and evaluation despite several shortcomings. The research findings are expected to serve as practical background for the preschools in Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City so that appropriate measures could be taken to improve the management work of such activities, with an aim to meet today educational innovation cause.
