Current educational quality management in national standard junior high schools in Ben Luc Commune, Tay Ninh Province

Abstract
On educational reform and international integration, education is identified as a top national policy, in which educational quality management at national-standard lower secondary schools plays a key role in enhancing teaching effectiveness and promoting the comprehensive development of students. This study analyzes the current situation of educational quality management at national-standard lower secondary schools in Ben Luc via surveying 05 administrators and 150 teachers, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The results indicate that educational quality management has been implemented relatively comprehensively across different stages. However, several limitations remain, such as: planning that is still formalistic and lacks data analysis; inconsistent implementation; limited application of information technology; ineffective coordination mechanisms among schools, families, and society; and inspection and evaluation activities that remain heavily procedural and have not effectively utilized data for quality improvement. Overall, educational quality management has established a certain foundation but remains uneven and lacks sustainability. The causes stem from limitations in management capacity, infrastructure conditions, coordination mechanisms, and the increasingly demanding requirements of educational reform. These findings provide a basis for educational institutions to propose solutions for improving the effectiveness of educational quality management in the future.
