Abstract
Education plays an important role in Ho Chi Minh’s ideology. This shows his in-depth interest in educating and training virtous and talented people for the country’s development. Uncle Ho’s teachings can be found in a great number of articles and speeches during his revolutionary life. On his September-13th-1958 Call, we present some principal points of Ho Chi Minh’s wise philosophy of “People education”, proving that his teachings and comments are now still valid.
