Developing teachers’ adaptive capacity to meet educational mission requirements in the new context

Abstract
The current context with the impact of Industrial Revolution 4.0 brings about many opportunities and challenges for everyone in all areas, including education. For the success of the basic, comprehensive reform in education teachers need to acquire new capacities. Adaptive capacity is an important one for all school teachers to develop so that they can fulfill the educational mission successfully under the requirements of the reform.
