Abstract
Basing on the findings of the research on the reality of nursery teaching staff in Dong Thap province, this article aims to propose solutions on training and fostering professional knowledge and skills as well as providing incentives for nursery teachers to contribute towards enhancing the training quality of this level of education responding to the requirements of radically and comprehensively innovating Vietnam’s education and training.
