Human resource development for experiential education activities in gifted high schools

Abstract
Today, the rapid development of science - technology and knowledge economy have set the growing demand for human resource in general and education workforce in particular. Historically, it has clearly shown that human resource has always been a key factor for the success or failure of an organization, unit or sector. With this in mind, the paper presents the importance and steps of human resource development for experiential education activities in gifted high schools, contributing to achieving the new k-12 education program goals of post-2018.
