Current status of managing behavioral culture development activities in public preschools in Truong Mit Commune, Tay Ninh Province

Abstract
This study analyzes the current status of managing behavioral culture development activities in public preschools in Truông Mít commune, Tây Ninh province. A mixed-methods approach collected quantitative data through structured questionnaires and qualitative data through in-depth interviews with administrators, teachers, and parents. Findings indicate that the management of behavioral culture development has been implemented relatively systematically through core functions, including planning, organization, and evaluation. However, the effectiveness of these practices remains uneven, revealing certain limitations related to coordination mechanisms, the level of stakeholder engagement, and consistency during implementation. The study emphasizes the necessity of integrated and participatory management approaches to enhance the quality and sustainability of behavioral culture within preschool education environments.
