Testing and assessing learner results at high schools in Tran Van Thoi district: reality and solutions

Abstract
Testing and assessing learner results is a crucial task in the teaching and learning process. Although many solutions to improving the task over the past years have brought about positive results, there are still shortcomings and inadequacies. This article aims to analyze the role of testing and assessing learner results in the concerned process to point out those shortcomings and to propose some measures for better management of the task at high schools in Tran Van Thoi district.
