Abstract

Teaching staff plays a vital role in enhancing the training quality because it is defined as the immediate vigor which determines the success of implementing the school’s objectives and missions. Basing on the analysis of the reality of the school’s staff, this article aims to propose five major courses of action to renovate the teaching staff of Dalat Tourism College in order to assist the college in better performing the missions of training human resources for tourism and hospitality industry to contribute to the economic and social development of Lam Dong province as well as of the Central Highlands region.
