Abstract

Primary education is the foundation of general education. Hence, it is an urge to build managerical staffs of this stage responding to the current circumstances with opportunities and challenges to Vietnam’s education in general, to the education of Lam Dong province and LacDuong district from now to 2020 in particular. This article aims to proposes 5 measures to build managerial staffs of the primary schools in Lac Duong district to contribute towards the successful implementation of radically and comprehensively innovating Vietnam’s education and training in the current circumstances.
