Thực trạng phát triển đội ngũ tổ trưởng chuyên môn ở các trường tiểu học huyện Tân Thạnh, tỉnh Long An

Abstract

The article analyzes the current situation of developing professional team leaders in primary schools in Tan Thanh district, Long An province. The study uses sociological investigation methods combined with document analysis and in-depth interviews, involving 296 people including principals, vice principals, professional team leaders and teachers at 10 typical primary schools. The results show that professional team leaders are assessed important in educational innovation and improving the quality of teaching, but there are still limitations in management capacity, coordination skills, and working conditions. The study emphasizes the role of the principal in planning, training and motivating professional team leaders, and at the same time proposes some directions for improvement to build a team of competent professional team leaders, meeting the requirements of the 2018 General Education Program.
