Current management of experiential activities for students in primary schools in Minh Phung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract
The article reports the study findings on the current status of experiential activity management for primary school students in Minh Phung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Conducted from February to May 2026, the study involved 25 educational administrators and 75 teachers. Data were collected through questionnaire surveys and interviews. The questionnaire employed a five-point Likert scale, and the data were analyzed on mean scores, standard deviations, and ranking methods. The investigation included major management functions, including planning, implementation organization, directing, and monitoring and evaluation. The results reveal the strengths, limitations, and underlying factors affecting the management of experiential activities in primary schools. These findings provide an empirical foundation for proposing appropriate management measures aimed at improving the effectiveness of experiential activity implementation in the context of ongoing educational reform.
