Current situation of developing the management staff of preschools in Tra On district, Vinh Long province

Abstract
The innovation in education and training is directed by "Fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education towards standardization, modernization, socialization; innovation of programs, content, teaching methods; innovation of education mechanisms, development of teachers and education and training staff". Accordingly, the team of teachers and education managers are considered the key, the central factor, the essential factor to ensure the advantage of developing the education career for the country. Thus, the team of preschool managers "plays an important role in organizing, managing, and operating educational activities", and the development of the team of teachers and preschool managers is very necessary. Therefore, for managers to propose measures to develop the preschool teaching staff, we conducted research, analysis and evaluation of the current situation of developing the management staff of preschools in Tra On district, Vinh Long province. A survey of a 4-level Likert scale was done with 87 subjects including management staff and preschool teachers. The research results show that the current situation of developing the management staff of preschools in this area still has many shortcomings that need to be improved.
