Realities and solutions to developing managerial staffs of Dong Thap high schools subject to principals standard

Abstract
Teachers and educational managers are the key force in making education quality. Hence, developing educational managers in general, and those of high schools in particular, is always the top-rank duty of education and traning development strategy. This article discusses realities of developing the concerned staffs subject to the Principals Standard in Dong Thap province during the recent years, and prososes relevant improvements in the future.
