Abstract

Party and Government always determine “developing teaching and managerial staffs is the most important task” in our education-training innovation. Basing on the present development of the managerial staff in professional schools in Dalat City, Lam Dong Province, the paper suggests 4 solutions related to personnel management in education, as such to upgrade the managerial staffs sufficient in numbers, strong in quality and appropriate in organization among professional schools in Dalat City, in response to those requirements in current education-training innovation.
